Relax and unwind or go exploring into the surrounding countryside. On your return, cook up a BBQ and cosy up next to the fire, star gaze under blankets before retreating to your bed under canvas. Enjoy the ultimate luxury of outdoor retreats in your exclusive, bespoke designed and handmade private bathroom and open the jockey door while in the bath to enjoy the rolling fields by day, and the sky full of stars by night. Your 6-meter bell tent interiors have been designed by Emma Kuhrt of Kuhrt Design. Your space has been carefully arranged for you to ensure maximum relaxation, exceptional style, outstanding comfort and practicality. Your own private bathroom that is located next to your accommodation has been constructed from a genuine vintage ‘rice’ horse trailer and is one of a kind in the UK. This private facility provides you with a beautifully engineered, copper roll top bath by Witt & Berg, bespoke handmade sink and unique copper and brass composing toilet. The trailer was converted by your host Ben during the Covid 19 Lockdowns. By night you can achieve the ultimate in off-grid retreats by loading the wood burning stove to warm your accommodation throughout the evening and into the night. No premium accommodation would be complete without your very own king-sized bed dressed with cosy feather duvet, luxurious down pillows will plenty of blankets to snuggle up in. FOOD As above, high end breakfast hampers and BBQ hampers will include local and organic produce where ever possible and these are available for you to order ahead of arrival. Locally there are well reputed Public Houses including Arrow Mill and a variety of eateries in Alcester, should you fancy a stroll, refreshments and/or a meal out. EXPERIENCES Whilst the off-grid luxurious experience of crAve Nature Ragley retreat is often enough for our guests, we can make recommendations based on your requirements. Guest access For those who would like to drive to site you are welcome to do so and may park in a nearby barn. Upon your arrival we will transfer you and your bags to your tent in Sally the Land Rover Defender. From site, you can join a footpath that leads off into the beautiful Warwickshire countryside in one direction and a 35 minute walk to the shops in Alcester in the other direction. Other things to note Please bring walking boots and warm clothes to ensure you can enjoy everything this experience has to offer. All bedding, linen and towels will be provided so please just bring you, your bag and a strict agenda to head off the grid as you unwind and relax. A battery pack will be provided within your accommodation to enable you to charge phones and power the lights. There is good phone signal coverage however to make the most of this unique experience, we highly recommend you leave your laptop at home, switch off your devices and disconnect as much as possible to enjoy every moment your crAve Nature outdoor retreat has to offer. Please note that the roads around Ragley can become very busy when there are large events on. The events in the calendar which may impact your visit include Classic Ibiza 2nd-3rd July, The Game Fair 22nd-25th July, Battle Proms 7th-9th August and Camper Calling 27th-30th August.
