The studio is a great space, with bright natural light, and warm 400 square feet, with wide-planked Doug Fir floors, local Beetle-kill Pine trim and cabinetry, and a fully functional kitchen, modern appliances, a new firm queen bed, and table/desk, TV (no cable), and WiFi. Guest access The property is accessed from the alley or from a side-gate. The carriage house door is on the east side of the building, which leads to the stairs. The studio is on the second floor and is entirely private for guests, the garage below is private (unavailable), and the yard is shared with the main-house. Other things to note We are registered with the city of Denver and license number is 2016-BFN-0008277 Pets are welcome, the cleaning fee for guests with pets is $100 instead of $60.
