Great location! Keep it simple in our clean and centrally located space. Awesome spot for couples or singles to adventure in Fort Collins. This property is attached to another space used as an Airbnb. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 9 am. The space does not share any walls but a door off the kitchen area, which has a partition and remains locked. You will not have any interactions with other guests, but possibly in the parking lot. The space Newly remodeled 2-bedroom Airbnb in the middle of Fort Collins. There are 2 entrances and it sleeps 3-4 people. 2-3 dedicated parking spaces. Please park in the concrete drive on the north side of the property. Your entrance is through the 2 glass doors at the top of the driveway. Guest access Keypad entrance. You will receive your entrance code at 8 am on the day of your arrival. There is also a lock box code that will be given in that message in case of emergencies. Please keep the key in the lockbox and use the glass doors for entry at the top of the driveway. Once you put in the code, turn the knob to get in. The knob has a key hole. If you use the lockbox key, you will need to engage by pushing in and then turning the key. Other things to note This Airbnb is located on the northeast side of the property. You will enter this Airbnb at the top of the driveway or around the backside of the property. There is another Airbnb with a separate entrance on the same property. There are no shared spaces. We do allow 1 pet per stay for a $50/non-refundable pet fee paid at the time of booking. The back is not fenced in, so please bring a leash and pick up after your animal. We do not allow cats.
