Garden view large private room

This stay is an upstairs bedroom on a small family farm fifteen minutes from Bowral. Room has a verandah and views of extensive gardens and Wingecaribee dam. The stay consists of a bedroom with en-suite. The room includes queen size bed, an area for relaxing in comfy chairs and an area with table and chairs for eating or working, sitting on the verandah is another option. Access is through a common door but the room is completely private and separate from the host's living area. The space Breakfast and lunch boards / baskets available on request.. The room is not suitable for small children due to the stairs but older children could be catered for with temporary bedding on request.
