87 East Street Room 4

Description

This is a double bed room on the second floor with a lovely view out over the hills. It shares a bathroom with one other room. It is part of a large period house that is shared with other guests, it has three other rooms you can see listed on Airbnb. The house has a kitchen, living room, utility room and garden. Prices are negotiable please ask for further details. The space 87 East Street is a large period building near the center of Ashburton. I have been letting rooms for a number of years and the house has three rooms to let. Guest access You will have your own private room and share a bathroom with one other guest room. The bathroom is a short walk in the hallway on the same floor. The kitchen, living room, utility room and garden are shared. I live next door and the garden is joined which means my dogs are sometimes in the garden but they never go in the house you will be staying in. During your stay I will greet you and make you welcome. If you are staying more than a week I clean the rooms once a week. Other than that our interactions will be fairly minimal I will let you keep yourself to yourself. Other things to note I have mentioned that the bathroom is a short walk down a hallway but I am emphasising it here.
