Tree Top Vista Nornalup comes fully equipped with everything you need for a holiday on the South Coast, including a spacious kitchen, all linen, cosy indoor fireplace and a massive BBQ deck with both river and ocean views. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the Frankland River, it's a leisurely 15-minute stroll to the pristine river banks, a 5-minute drive to the world famous Tree Top Walk and a 15-minute drive to spectacular beaches galore. The only thing you need to do here is unwind! The space Our holiday home is a newly built, single storey, luxury pad nestled amongst the trees overlooking the old-growth forests of the Walpole-Nornalup National Park, the Frankland River and the Southern Ocean. A large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with comfy couch, fireplace and spectacular Jarrah burl dining table greets you upon entry. Sliding window-doors that lead onto the deck can be pushed back to create an enormous space for indoor-outdoor entertaining. Watch the birds play while you BBQ and then relax and enjoy your meal on the one-of-a-kind Jarrah long table outside or retreat and get cosy around The Burl table inside. The Tree Top Vista bedrooms can accommodate all guest types, with three king bedrooms (one with ensuite) and a bunk room for the kiddies. There are also toys, games, a large bath and a Smart TV to keep the junior guests happy. Tree Trop Vista is serviced by a large rainwater tank, filled regularly by the trusty South Coast climate, so please drink your fill from the best tasting water in the world. It’s also perfect for rinsing off after a trip to the beach or a swim in the Frankland in our outdoor hot water shower. Please note: This house is not in a suitable location for schoolies week, it is a very quiet area, for appreciating the beautiful flora and fauna peacefully. It is also not a suitable place to take a boat or caravan, the driveway is much too steep, and the road too narrow to turn around. # Please note the current photos are amateur - professional photos to come! Guest access Since this is set up for holiday stays, you'll have access to the entire space. We provide all linen including bath towels, and there is a Smart TV, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer, hair dryer, iron, large bath, high chair, cot, change mat, kiddy table and chairs, indoor wood fire, reverse cycle AC, Webber Baby Q, outdoor hot water shower, toys and board games available for guest use. A wide range of personal and cleaning products are also provided (e.g. hand wash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner etc.). Other things to note Please note that no Wifi is provided, so you would need to bring along a portable modem to access Netflix, Youtube etc. on the Smart TV (normal TV works just fine though). It’s also worth noting that there is minimal mobile phone coverage in the region (generally Telstra only) so get set to enjoy the serenity. However, please be familiar with the check-in details before arrival so you aren't stranded at the front door with no wifi and no mobile reception! Most mobile phones will have coverage in Walpole (10km towards Manjimup) or Denmark (55km towards Albany). Also rest assured that the Airbnb check-in instructions work without data. Prices vary with the season as follows: Low season: $280 per night High Season (July and October School Holidays): $330 per night Peak Season (Summer and April School Holidays, Peak long Weekends): $430 per night Prices are for 4 guests, additional guests incur a charge of $15 pp pn. Minimum stay is 3 nights, and 5 nights during school holidays, however shorter stays may be possible between bookings - please just ask. Cleaning fee is $220 per stay.
