The apartment is perfect for four people, but there is also a sofa in the living room that is suitable for a fifth person. There is one bathroom with shower and a complete kitchen. The apartment has AC and heating and is located on the third floor which is accessed by a private patio. The building has no elevator. Guest access You can use the kitchen if you have to prepare food and you can also store your own food and drink in the refrigerator. You can also use the washing machine if you need to do some laundry. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: CHECK-OUT TIME: Before 11:00 AM KEYS: On your departure date, the keys should be left on the living room table, inside the apartment. We beg you not to leave the keys on the door´s lock, because it will probably lock your entry and will be necessary to call a locksmith.. SILENCE HOURS: Parties are not allowed. Please keep the TV in a regular volume and respect the silence hours between 0:00 AM and 08:00 AM. SUPPLIES: Turn off the AC or heating as well as all the lights when leaving the apartment. SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. You can only smoke in the balcony. GARBAGE: The garbage should be deposited in the containers at Churruca Street, which is located leaving the building on the left and about 50 meters, the first street on the right. ORDER: If some objects or furniture of the apartment are moved, at the end of the stay they should be placed in their original position CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE: If you use the kitchen utensils we ask you to scrub them and put them back in place. Please make responsible use of the facilities. We also ask you to leave the apartment tide on your departure date.
