Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings. The space Practical information: The chalet has real insulation, cool and shaded in summer. In winter, two possible heating modes, electric radiator and/or wood stove (wood provided) Breakfast, tea, coffee (Senseo or classic) and sugar are provided for your arrival. Bakery and supermarket 5 min drive away. The property has another gîte, completely independent and not overlooked on the other side of the body of water. A guide to local hotspots and activities is available via my profile. Dogs are welcome, subject to certain rules: - Please specify the arrival of your dog when you book, - Keep them on a leash outside because the property is not fenced and other animals cohabit, horses, cats, foxes, deer... - No access to the sofa and mezzanine - Do not leave your dog in the cottage unattended Guest access The cottage and its terrace by the water are private, you can park nearby. The address and itinerary are sent to you via the site before your arrival, please let me know if you have any questions. Bed linen is provided as well as towels and tea towels, the beds are made upon your arrival. Other things to note I will welcome you myself in order to give you all the useful information about the cottage and its surroundings. As a result, check-in is available between 4pm and 9pm. While walking on the estate you will certainly come across... Some horses and maybe some passionate riders, Deer, foxes or wild boars if you take the small path that starts from the cottage to go into the forest, Beautiful carp and roach in the water but just to admire not to fish...
