The guest house is located separately on the property with an open location next to the forest. The cottage is 32 sqm + sleeping loft. Open floor plan with kitchen area (fridge, microwave, small stove, washing machine, kitchen table with 4 chairs), living room area with sofa bed with 2 beds, Free WIFI internet, Smart TV. HDMI cable is available. Separate sleeping loft (steep staircase) with 2 separate beds that can be put together to a double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The space The accommodation is idyllically located next to the forest at Järavallen's hiking area with several walking and cycling paths and 400 meters to Saxtorp's popular swimming lake. Popular nearby: 1.5 km to the sea, 6 km to Barsebäck Golf Club, 8 km to Center Syd and 3 km to Dagstorp Riding Association, https://treewalker.nu/ and www.paintballbanan.eu 300-400 meters from the cottage. Other things to note House rules/Husregler: We expect you to leave the cottage as neat and well-cleaned as when you arrived. If not, a cleaning fee of SEK 1,500 will be charged. No smoking inside. If you smoke outside, cigarette butts should be picked up and thrown in the trash. No shoes in the house please. Bring your own bedclothes. There is bed linen to book at an additional cost of SEK 50/person In order for everyone to enjoy themselves as much as you do, the following HOUSE RULES apply: No smoking inside. If you want to smoke, it must be done outdoors and cigarette butts must be picked up and thrown in the trash can that is just outside the entrance gate. Shoes may not be worn indoors.  Slippers are available to borrow. They are in a grey basket inside the entrance door. Cleaning: We expect you to leave the cottage as neat and well-cleaned as when you arrived.  If not, a cleaning fee of up to 1500 SEK may be added. Cleaning equipment in the form of vacuum cleaner, wet mop, cleaning agent, bucket and rags are in the right closet.  The cottage should be vacuumed, the floors wet-wiped, bathroom (sink, toilet and shower) wiped with cleaning agent, kitchen (porcelain/pots washed and put back in the cabinet, stove/sink/sink and any other equipment wiped with cleaning agent, refrigerator/freezer emptied (wiped out if necessary) and any leftover food taken with you).
