Cozy Central Studio-2 minutes from the beach

Welcome to our adorable 30m2 studio with a gorgeous little balcony in Sutomore. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with the view of both the sea and the 'Golo Brdo' hill featuring ruins of the old fortress, Tabija. Our location is unbeatable! :) You'll be in the center of Sutomore, only 2 minutes away by foot from the beach and main street. PARKING is free around the building & at the Coast Iva Novakovica Parking (1min walk from the building). Clinic, pharmacy, police station nearby. The space Our studio apartment is 30 m2 with a balcony overlooking the Adriatic sea and the Golo Brdo hill. The studio features an extendable sofa (fits two people) and a pull out bed which turns into two single beds (see photos). The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and stove (no dishwasher). There is a blender so you can make as many smoothies as you like. The bathroom features a bathtub and an electric instant water heater which means there is always hot water available, no need to switch anything on or wait. Bedlinens, pillow cases, blankets and towels for the apartment are all provided. WIFI, TV and AC (brand new) available. The apartment is on the first floor (not the ground floor). There is no elevator in the building so you'll have to go up a few stairs. Guest access Guests will have full privacy and access to the entire apartment and its amenities. Other things to note This studio has been our summer home since 1993. Please take care of it and don't do anything you wouldn't want done to your home. Check in and check out times can be flexible depending on the other reservations. Just let us know what would work best for you a little ahead of time and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. :) NO SMOKING inside the studio, you can do so on the balcony.
