Welcome to our Loft!! Our just renovated beautiful space is located in Zakynthos town in a quiet area, only 15 min walk from the heart of the town! Spacious & cosy it has a kitchenette, modern bathroom, air condition & all the facilities that you will need to enjoy your stay. Just a 5min drive to the best sandy beaches of Argasi and Kalamaki, 5min walk to port & 10min drive to airport. Relax at the large veranda watching the great sunset views to the sea below & over the Venetian Castle & hill. The space Our space is a penthouse Loft (55 sq.m.) at the rooftop of a private building in a convenient crossroad location. It is a high ceiling open plan space with 2 single beds that can be re- arranged as a double and 1 double. There is also a large and comfortable living room area in the same space. The mosaic tiles bathroom is modern, has a shower and provides all the basic amenities. In the space there is also a convenient kitchenette with a sink, a small fridge, hot plates, a coffee maker & a kettle as well as a kitchen table with chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast! The large terrace has a bamboo living room and a coffee table. Enjoy the great sunset views on the sea, Zante town and the Venetian Castle that lies on Bohali hill over Zante town. Guest access Our space is on the second floor and is accessed by external stairway. There is availability of free private parking on the premises. Other things to note Please note that due to Covid-19 we have upgraded and adjusted our cleaning service between the check-ins and check-outs. We want our guests to feel safe thus we make sure the space is adequately aired and cleaned : all surfaces including kitchen and bathroom areas are cleaned with special anti- bacterial cleaning products, sofa covers are changed every time and all garments are washed in high temperatures for disinfection. Cleaners wear masks and gloves during the cleaning process and no-one enters the flat after it is occupied by our guests. Safety of our guests is a priority especially in these difficult times!
