House 200 meters from the beach, nice view

Recently renovated house, 200 meters from Capucins beach with very nice view of the entrance to the port. Ideally located: 10-minute walk from the center and the large beach. No garden but a fully secured sun terrace. Baby equipment available (baby bed, highchair, bathtub, stroller, changing table, etc.). The space The house, from the 1930s, has 3 levels for an area of about 90 m². On the ground floor is the living room, overlooking the terrace, with kitchen, dining area and living room. You will also have a separate toilet and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine. On the 1st floor, we have 2 bedrooms overlooking the entrance to the port: the smallest, about 9 m², is equipped with a bench (BZ type) and a child's bed. In the 2nd, there are two single beds and a dressing room. The bathroom is also on this level: large walk-in shower, single sink and toilet. On the top floor, a bedroom with a queen size bed, closets and very nice view... Finally, a large basement makes it possible to store. We also provide 2 adult bikes, including 1 equipped with a child seat. The beds are made on arrival. We provide you with towels and tea towels.
