Its wood-burning stove will be the witness of your evenings with friends and family. The nature that surrounds you is invited into the chalet through the doors and bay window that illuminate the ground floor and give access to the 3 terraces. You will stay in a quiet area with all the shops, entertainment and swimming pool 5 km away. The space Spacious, bright, warm, modern could be the qualifications of this BBC house. Country furniture, exposed beams, wood-burning stove and neat decorations mark the atmosphere of the chalet. The space is outside as well as inside. You will live in beautiful volumes (160 m2) to share a stay with friends and family with moments of conviviality or tranquility if necessary. You will enjoy 5 bedrooms - 2 independent toilets - 2 bathrooms - a mezzanine The large kitchen opens onto the living rooms (living room and dining room). the chalet offers 3 entrances to the outside - North - South - East, it's up to you. - The living room of the Chalet opens onto a large covered terrace (20 m2). - The valley invites itself to the dining room table through a large bay window that opens onto a large balcony (2 x 8 M). - On the entrance side, you will enjoy the shade of a beautiful space (16 x 2.5). Garden furniture, a barbecue, sun loungers will be at your disposal to enjoy this decor. For ecological reasons and for your comfort, the chalet is extremely well insulated (BBC). The very efficient wood stove will be your main means of heating in addition to bringing conviviality and authenticity. Wood will be provided on site. Electric thermostatic radiant panels have been installed in the bedrooms and bathrooms to satisfy all sensitivities. Isolated, you will not be! Within a radius of 15 km, the Wine Route, Alsatian historical, gastronomic and cultural highlights await you for exciting days. On the practical side, you will enjoy an excellent bakery in the village and all the small shops and supermarkets are 5 minutes away in the village of Villé. Our donkeys, ponies and horses sometimes animate the surrounding meadows with their presence. Otherwise, it is not uncommon to meet the "wild" hosts of the forest. As you may have guessed, hiking trails are at your doorstep. Blueberries, mushrooms, beautiful landscapes await nature lovers. Children will find forests and meadows as a playground. Not to mention the swings, the slide and the fountain… Our donkeys and ponies can be your companions for a walk to discover our valley.
