Cozy 2-star Chartreuse chalet in Saint Pierre de Chartreuse The space In the heart of the Chartreuse massif, Saint Pierre de Chartreuse is a mid-mountain ski resort (900 m altitude) rich in activities year-round. In a charming 130 m² chalet just outside of Saint Pierre de Chartreuse, immerse yourself in tranquility with a large terrace and a 2500 m² garden surrounded by forest and greenery. Ideal for skiing, hiking, and various activities like bike parks, swimming, and mountain biking. Relax in a spacious 130 m² chalet spread over two levels with 3 large bedrooms. The first level features an open space with a kitchen, dining area, living room, and a cozy corner. Upstairs, you'll find: - A bedroom with a double bed and an optional fold-out futon sofa bed for 2 people. - Two bedrooms each with a double bed, with the possibility of adding an extra single bed. - A bathroom with a shower is also located on this level. This is my primary residence, which I rent out during my vacations. Amenities include: - Kitchen: 4 gas burners, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, Senseo or French coffee maker. - For your evenings: fondue set, raclette grill, waffle maker, crepe pan. - Wood stove (replaces the TV ;-) ). - Hi-Fi system. - Washing machine / dryer. In winter, skis can be stored in the lower entrance. In summer, there's space for bikes and/or hiking gear. The terrace is a great spot for relaxing and socializing. You can sit on the chairs, place your drink on the table, and if you’re a food lover, the barbecue is ready for grilling up delicious meals.
