Large Vintage House for up to 7 people in the Center

A large, comfortable and vintage apartment, to appreciate the experience of Roman life in a classic way and with all the comforts, in a central and well-connected area. Bus 5 minutes away, metro 10 minutes away, metropolitan trains 15 minutes away, Colosseum and Tomb of Pope Francis on foot in half an hour. Night buses too! Easy to get to from the airports. Very quiet, safe and non-touristy area, full of bars, restaurants and inexpensive shops. Large and wonderful park 5 minutes away, with Roman ruins inside! The space Two double bedrooms in an authentically vintage apartment that belonged to my grandparents! Most of the objects and furniture are original, for a dive into the 1960s! The beds are comfortable, the rooms are very quiet and overlook an internal courtyard. Your pets are welcome (please ask me first). The double beds are for 4 people, but there is a bunk bed in one room for two more people, and I can add a cot in the other room to accommodate a total of 7 people with the addition of only 15 euros per night per additional person. If there are fewer than 6 of you, you can still use all the beds (just tell me at the time of booking so that I can prepare them) BUT NOT the cot, which will only be usable for the 7th guest (it is less comfortable). There is no air conditioning but there are four fans: one for each bedroom, one in the kitchen and one in the living room. We will let you find the keys independently without any time problems for your check-in! NOTE ON HEATING: Unfortunately, from 2024 the condominium has decided to remove the central heating, so we will try to provide small portable heaters for the bedrooms, but it could be cold in winter. Guest access You can use a kitchen complete with all the accessories (fridge, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, etc.) where you can cook your meals and eat them! Or you can also eat in the large dining room, where you can also relax with your companions. There is unlimited wireless internet access throughout the house! NOTE: Early check-in or late check-out is not normally possible, and luggage cannot be left before check-in (at 4 p.m.) or after check-out (at 12 p.m.). If you want more flexibility, you can also book the day before or the day after. Note on COVID-19: The items supplied to the guest (kitchen, bathroom and more) will be reduced to the essentials in order to be cleaned at each guest change. Unfortunately, we can no longer offer many consumables (for cooking or personal hygiene). Other things to note The space is not suitable for people under 2 years of age. Smoking is absolutely forbidden throughout the apartment, including smoking while looking out the windows: to smoke you must do so outside the apartment. In Italy, we have our own type of sockets, which are not compatible with other types of plugs (such as Schuko or others).
