Our modern beautifully presented clean flat is in the heart of Willingdon Village 10 minutes north of Eastbourne. The Village has 2 pubs that serve great food ,Thai restaurant, local post office & is within 15 min walking distance of M&S convenience store located in a BP garage. The flat is approximately 12 min drive from Eastbourne town & seafront. Our flat is within walking distance of the South Downs National Park & Butts Brow. Great for walking.Comfortable Clean & disinfected.King & double The space The flat has two bedroom. A king size bed in first bedroom and double in the second bedroom. We have a new large 65inch l OLED TV to make your stay as comfortable as possible with Netflix. We have the ultra fast broadband service, Starlink, which provides a speed of around 320mbps . Shower above bath. This has recently been updated to a Power shower pressure. Spacious lounge with dining table. The flat is first floor unfortunately no lift but stairs. You can enter the property up the fire escape if you would like a private entrance. Quiet calm location. The flat is cleaned to a very high standard between guests including steaming the sofa. We are asking check in at 2pm onwards to allow for this deep cleaning and ventilation. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to make your stay comfortable. Thank you. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire flat independently. Please note the car parking is uneven on areas so I would recommend the free street parking directly outside the property. Other things to note You have access through the main shared front door or individually through fire stair way access. The street parking is free. Travel cot available. Long term stays allowed. Carbon monoxide alarm fitted.
