Clean single bedroom 2 minutes from Stockwell Tube

Our single room is large and light. It is on the main road but does have double glazing and sound proof curtains but you might still hear some noise from the street. We are 2 minutes from the tube and bus stops, 15 minutes from Central London. We do have a cat called Uther, he is a Bengal. You're welcome to use the bathroom and kitchen when ever you like and have sole use of your bedroom. We do have a roof garden which is lovely to sit and relax in. We welcome everyone from around the world. The space There is a lift here and we are on the 3rd floor. We have an external walkway to get to us, it is covered. The bed is a single real bed, the room has a TV, wardrobe, a desk/table, chair and a comfy chair as well. There is free WiFi, iron and ironing board. The kitchen has a cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave and nespresso machine and washing machine. There is always tea, coffee, milk to use and bread for toast. You may come and go when you like, use the bathroom and kitchen at any, you will not disturb me. Guest access You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with us and also have use of the roof garden, where you are welcome to smoke. You will have your own key and can go and return back as you please. The underground at Stockwell runs 24 hr’s Friday and Saturday. During your stay Both Uther and I live here so are nearly always around. We shall make sure that we are here when you arrive and leave. Any questions you have or information wanted I will try and answer. Other things to note I like to show people around London to see places that interest you, we can make a plan before you arrive or while your here, or I’m more than happy to help with any plans if you'd want to do it yourself. Uther the cat has full access to the flat, he will go in your room if invited but you can keep him out by closing the door
