Convenient & charming space in the heartof Bandung

You’ll love my place because of the location and the coziness. My place is close to the city center, parks, and art and culture: Convenience store (Indomaret) - 1min walk Museum Geologi - 8min walk Gedung Sate - 9min walk Bandung Zoo - 10min drive Bandung Station - 15min drive Husein Sastranegara Airport - 20min drive The space The house is a 2-story. The bedroom is located on the main floor. It comes with an AC unit, as well as ensuite bathroom completed with a shower cubicle and hot water. Aside from the bathroom you also get a private living room with TV. Guest access Aside from the bedroom you also get your own private living room with TV. You will also be able to access the shared back patio and sitting area upstairs along with another TV. The kitchen is also available for you to use. A washing machine is available for you to use (just let me know beforehand if you are planning to use it, so I can get it readied for you). Parking for one car is available during your stay. During your stay I live in Jakarta. So unfortunately I probably won't be able to see you during your stay. But the house is staffed with people that will be ready to help you throughout your stay. They will be the ones greeting you, and getting you settled in. Unfortunately they do not speak much English, so if you have further questions just contact me, I am almost always by my phone. Despite that I want you to have the best time in Bandung, so if there is anything I can help you with, or you want recommendations of places to eat/shop/visit during your time in Bandung just reach out to me, and I would be more than happy to help. So do not worry you are in good hands, just make sure to reach out to either me, or one of the staff to get us to service you better :) Other things to note Few rooms in the house are rented for long-term, while other rooms are rented to other guests, so I kindly ask you to be mindful of the other guests. No smoking is allowed inside the bedroom. You can smoke in the back patio just outside of your living room, and upstairs in the seating area. Everyday we can have someone to tidy up your room, if you would like to work out an arrangement please let me know. Other than that just enjoy, and have a pleasant stay in Bandung.
