Cinemas, theatres, restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries and all kinds of venues are a few minutes away on foot, some of them even right next to the apartment. Keys to the apartment There's a key for the front (street) door and a proximity card for the apartment that automatically opens and closes the door. It's really easy to use, you just have to place the card near the lock. Please take good care of the card, in case of loss you'll be charged 50€ for a new one. There is no check.in between 9.00pm to 11.30am(next day). Lights Even though all the lamps are energy efficient, we recommend you make sure all lights are out when you leave the apartment. We also recommend you only turn on the lights you need when you're at home, not only because of energy savings but also because that way you're lowering your carbon dioxide emissions. Air conditioning There's AC in every room. You'll also find a remote control to turn it on and off and set the temperature. Recommendations: The ideal temperature is 21º/22º C, both in summer and winter. If you're coming back to the apartment in a short while, it's better if you leave it on instead of turning it off and then on again. You'll be using up less energy and the apartment will be more comfortable. If you're leaving for a few hours, turn it off for energy savings and reducing carbon dioxide emissions. Internet There's a wi-fi access code for free Internet access for as long as you want. Kitchen utensils There's a complete service for 2/4 people available. Also toaster, coffee maker, microwave with grill and kettle. TV There's a coventional TV available. Beds and mattresses: Beds are large and all have visco-elastic foam mattresses so you can rest at ease. Cleaning service If you wish to have a qualified cleaner come to the apartment during your stay, you can ask for it. It cost 20€. There's also an iPod speaker available. Please control the volume so you don't disturb the neighbours. Thanks! Other things to note No check.in after 9.00pm. Important.
