Welcome to amazing Frösakull in Halmstad. An 85 m² apartment with its own entrance, connected to the back of our house. Private terrace with sea glimpses where there is a hot tub, outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. The beach is just right down the street. Perfect place for summer vacation!! Very family friendly!! Final cleaning must be done by guest before check-out. The apartment is left in the same condition as when you arrived. The space 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each. (With full mattress 180 cm) 1 sofa bed 80 cm for 1 person in the living room and an extra mattress 90 cm on the floor on request, making 6 sleeping places in total. Fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people. Living room with TV and Wi-Fi Bathroom with shower, toilet and combined washer and dryer Bed linens and towels are included on request. Private terrace with hot tub, sun beds & dining area and charcoal grill. Guest access Private entrance to your own private apartment. Private private terrace with hot tub (the hot tub can be used between 9 am - 10 pm). In summer there is a table with 6 chairs, sunbeds and a charcoal grill. Parking in the lot up to 2 spaces. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are included upon request. The hot tub may be used between 9-10am. No smoking; smoking/vaping is not allowed indoors. Not allowed to invite extra people to the apartment than the ones you booked for. Not allowed to have parties or other events either big or small. This is not a party apartment, here is a calm and harmonious area. The greatest respect is shown to neighbors and other residents. Loud music inside or outside is not accepted.
