Luxury house David - boat & pool & jacuzzi & sauna

This luxury house is situated on top of Nerezisca, offering a beautiful view of the west side of the island of Brac. Although the house was built before 1890 and owned by nobles, its interior is very modern and spacious. The house includes a private terrace with a heated swimming pool (salt water) and jacuzzi, sauna, barbecue, parking and a private boat*! The cafe shop, restaurant and market are only a couple min away on foot. Supetar is 7 min away and Bol (Golden Horn beach) is 20 min by car. The space This fully equipped house has two kitchens, two living rooms, four sleeping rooms, a courtyard, a terrace, a heated pool with a geyser, a jacuzzi with massage, a sauna, terraces (with a telescope to explore the stars :)) , a barbecue and a private boat available on request and avaiability for the exclusive boat trips for the guests. The price of the boat is included in the price of the stay (1 half-day boat excursion per stay or week)! Skipper/owner (200€/up to 6h) and gasoline (per consumption) are an extra cost.
