Guests have their own key so can come and go as they please. There is a private gated parking area for 3 vehicles and storage space for bikes/canoes/fishing gear etc'. Lovely spacious garden. We only accept booking requests from guests with a minimum of 3 positive reviews from previous bookings Dog Stay Policy We love dogs and are very happy to welcome them into our holiday cottage and hope they have a lovely holiday– a maximum of two are permitted and must be a minimum of 12 months old Your dog(s) must be up to date on it’s annual ‘jabs’, de-flead and wormed prior to arrival. We expect your dog(s) to be well socialised. If you dog(s) is(are) aggressive in any way we reserve the right to ask you to remove the animal(s) from our premises. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on furniture – even if you have bought a blanket for them to lie on. This is for hygiene reasons as future guests may have an allergy to pet dander and no amount of hoovering gets rid of it all. No-one likes to think of their pets as having fleas but they do pick them up occasionally. Eggs may hatch on the beds / furniture and we could then be infested. You will be liable for specialist cleaning if pet hair is found in the bedrooms or on the sofas. You must never leave any pets unattended in the property, including the garden. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes leaving a dog in a cage. Please note - our fencing is ‘stock-proof’ and not ‘dog-proof’ – small dogs are able to squeeze under or through the fencing/gates or may jump over it. Please ensure dogs are cleaned/dried thoroughly when they come in from outside. Please always clean up after you dog, including on the lanes. A dedicated bin is provided for disposal. If you dog causes any damage we would expect you to pay for replacement / repair and potential loss of revenue if the cottage needs to be decommissioned. Thank You, Lee and John
