The property includes four full bathrooms. Designed for comfort and convenience, it is ideal for families or groups. Please note that the apartment does not provide a crib or a high chair. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. The house has central heating and air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment. Heating hours are from 11am to 11pm and there's only one control for all AC units. The coffee machine is Nespresso. Please note that basic consumables such as coffee capsules, oil, salt or similar items are not provided. There is WIFI and an elevator. This allows us to coordinate properly and be there to welcome you without delays. If your arrival is outside our standard check-in hours, we are happy to assist whenever possible, although an additional fee may apply. Please note that significant delays from the agreed arrival time without prior notice may also incur an additional waiting fee. In case of any changes or unexpected delays, we kindly ask that you keep us informed so we can adjust accordingly. For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travellers. This will only be requested for confirmed bookings, a few days before arrival via an online registration.
