PLEASE NOTE: the community pool and amenities are available only for stays of 30 days and longer. MAIL- We provide mailbox key only for the guest who will extended stay of 30 days or more. Other things to note For our guest enjoyment we offer several luxury corporate/vacation properties in the area very similar in size and amenities. Please note that some of our corporate/vacation properties require 30 days, 90 days or 12 months lease. Please inquire about other short or long term luxury vacation/rental properties in the area Verification Process Please note that we require our guest to verify their booking by sending a copy of their valid ID. Once verified, we will provide you with the door code before your check in time. Please note that for security purposes, a complete property address will be disclosed after fully confirmed reservation. Please note: Guests are responsible for exchanging the propane tank for a full one at a nearby gas station. We will be happy to reimburse you for the cost of the refill. Refund: Guest shows receipt for the propane tank refill. Please note: There is no security deposit when the booking is made on Airbnb . Please note that there will be landscape services scheduled every Thursday of the week. TV We don't have a TV program. We only have applications like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, e.g. and these will need to be signed with your account. The TV remote you need to press the Source button on the top right side of the remote and then you need to choose HDMI 1 or 2, and then press on the one that the internet is plugged in.
