Martins Roost a family friendly bungalow on Honicombe Holiday Village in the Tamar Valley AONB Great scenic valley views. Free parking. Central heating, smart TV and WIFI. Lounge, well equipped kitchen/diner, 3 double bedrooms, one with kingsize bed, 2 twin rooms. Towels/bed linen provided. Highchair and travel cot. 2 dogs free. Friendly pub serving great food Dartmoor and coast within easy reach The space Martins Roost is a very comfortable, light and airy, peaceful and relaxing home from home, situated within Honicombe holiday village. The views from the property over the Tamar Valley are spectacular on a sunny day. Perfect for couples but with plenty of space for family groups. Suitable for a maximum of six guests including children and infants . Two dogs welcome but not to be left in the property alone or allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. No other pets allowed. No smoking or vaping inside the bungalow. All the village facilities are nearby .Please note that the property is on a short slope , hence the great scenic views. Guest access Guests have sole use of Martin's Roost and its patio . Easy access from a well lit path. Self check in via a key safe by the door, making access easy at any reasonable time from 16.00 onwards. Facilities at Honicombe Holiday Village are included in the rental. These include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, gym, games room, children's play areas and tennis courts. (The leisure facilities are closed on Christmas day and Boxing day). The onsite pub is family and dog friendly and serves good pub food and a great Sunday carvery . There is a small shop in reception for all those holiday essentials. Other things to note Martins Roost is available for overnight stays , weekend breaks or longer stays. This is our family holiday home, we visit often to ensure it is always clean, welcoming and well maintained. However our friendly local housekeeper is on hand if help is needed. Honicombe Holiday Village is perfect for family holidays and is in an ideal rural position as a base for visiting all the attractions that Cornwall and Devon have to offer with many wonderful beaches within a 30 minute drive. Dartmoor National Park is within easy driving distance. Plymouth with its shops, restaurants and family activities is a short drive away. Electric car chargers are available at Tescos supermarket a few minutes drive away or alternatively there are many in Tavistock . Please note that the leisure facilities are closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Please note bungalow is for holiday use only
