Composed of 4 independent apartments, each with living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower, balcony with panoramic view and courtyard with table, chairs and parasol. Outside there is a large garden, a swimming pool, a panoramic sun terrace and a barbecue. Southern exposure The space Swimming Pool opened from 20/05 until 30/09 Guest access - Smoking is prohibited inside the house, but is permitted outside. - For logistical and safety reasons, it is not permitted to host or receive visits from people not included in the reservation. Other things to note - Tourist tax: 1.50 €/night per person - Italian law requires that each person must be in possession of their own valid identity document or passport for recognition and registration with the Authorities (Art. 109 T.U.L.P.S.). In the absence of a valid document it will not be possible to accommodate people without it. - Towels will be changed free of charge after 5-6 days for stays longer than a week.
