We strive to be something different; namely, more practical and environmentally conscious. You will not see any staff – they only exist in the background – through e.g. the "Troubleline." The rooms are designed in such a way that even a longer stay is comfortably possible. In this respect, our offer is aimed not only at tourists, but also at students, lecturers, temporary workers, etc. The space In terms of energy, we are taking the self-sufficient route: the underfloor heating is a bit slower, but more economical. The cogeneration unit also supplies electricity, which we use ourselves and, if necessary, store temporarily; as well as the photovoltaic system on the facade and on the roof (thank you, sun!). In addition, the rooms have triple glazing because of the climate and the noise, in addition, the rooms have massive 24 cm partitions like a house exterior wall.
