This lil’ gem with a private indoor patio and a gorgeous view of the valley is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, just north of Lake Washington. Visiting Seattle? Only a 20-minute drive to Seattle. 15-minute drive to world-class Woodinville wineries. A 5-minute drive to downtown Kenmore with many unique restaurants and breweries. The space * This is a hillside studio - you will have to park on a HILL and walk about 200 feet to get to your unit. This cozy, spacious guest suite is the perfect getaway for couples, 2 close friends, or the solo traveler. Highlights include amazing panoramic view on the walking path to the guest suite, and a rare large bathroom, featuring a dual shower, and double vanity! To be clear, this is a guest suite attached to a larger main house but you have your own private suite & private entrance with your own indoor patio space. It’s 100% PRIVATE! Inside the unit, you'll find a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee supplies. Note: no kitchen sink. Comfy sofa to relax and watch TV. In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like an iron, blow dryer, towels, shampoo, and more. Guests will have the entire suite to themselves. Guests have a small private indoor patio, and access to a shared outdoor area. Other things to note Guest suite is located at the back of the main house. Parking is on a hill. No smoking or vaping of any substances is allowed in the unit.
