The Villa surrounded by a wood of mediterranean vegetation has a beautiful garden with swimming pool. It can sleeps 16 people and has a staff assistance who provide every kind of service. The Villa dated back to the start of 1900 is set in an enchanting position along the sea coast near Castiglioncello and Bolgheri. The Villa is secluded in a pine tree wood area , reachable by a small road that pass through the green Mediterranean wood. The entrance is in a lobby with direct access to the main living room, here there is a fireplace, different sofas, a piano, a TV Sat, a CD player, and Wi Fi connection, a big door with access to the external covered patio equipped with sofas, chairs, tables. From here access to the big kitchen ( 8 gas fires, 2 electric ovens, fridge/freezer, dishwasher) from here access to an external area equipped with a big table, chairs, a large barbecue. This area is partially covered by some windows that can also be open. From the main lobby access to Orange area: 4 bedrooms (1 Double bedroom with internal bathroom with shower private external access, 3 Twin bedrooms that share 1 bathroom with tub. One of these twin rooms has private eternal exit). Yellow area: 1 kitchen (gas fires, dishwasher, fridge, TV Sat) 1 double bedroom 1 French bedroom, 1 Twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with tub.
