Apartment in the countryside with private access

The space Our cozy room is located in the basement of our house with its own access via the covered terrace. The room has an en-suite bathroom. We cannot offer a kitchen, but there is a fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dishes :-) Guest access For our guests, the room including bathroom available - with private access. The hallway is part of it during the stay. It is separated from our private area by a curtain. However, in the other basement rooms there is only the washing machine room and the utility room. Other things to note *Consideration*no chain smokers*no loud music or similar* The room is in the basement of our single-family house. We live permanently in this house and also move around in the garden. However, we are considerate of our guests and would not mow the lawn on Saturday morning when guests are there and also not have a party. We also expect consideration and would ask that this place not be rented by heavy smokers. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property, and we do not want permanent smoking outdoors either, as everything drags into our living spaces. We also ask that you refrain from listening to loud music or otherwise being loud. *Use of the accommodation is at your own risk and liability. In the event of damage, we reserve the right to charge for the damage.*
