Newly refurbished one bedroom Guesthouse in East Jindabyne. Absolute lakefront location uninterrupted lake views only a stones throw from the waters edge. Located a 7 min drive to town centre and approx 30 min drive to Thredbo and Perisher. The perfect all year round accommodation. Fully self contained with a shared laundry. The unit is modern and cosy and perfect for couples, friends and/or small families. A great location for your skiing or lakeside getaway. The space The guesthouse is open plan with a separate bedroom and bathroom with an outdoor deck overlooking stunning lake and mountain views, a short walk to access lakefront/reserve with plenty of space to swim, ride bikes or go for a walk although the yard located on the lakeside of the lodge isn’t accessible to guests unfortunately. There is a queen bed and sofa bed and the space can accommodate 2-4 guests. We have wi-fi and a smart tv is provided as well as all linen and towels, complimentary tea and coffee and condiments. A shared laundry is on as well as BBQ facilities. Car parking available. The guesthouse is 1 of 5 so you will see other guests and us come and go as well as hear noise at times like any other unit complex Guest access The Guesthouse is in a small complex of 4. Guests will have full access to their unit and the lakefront reserve. We live in the house above so are able to meet you on arrival with your key. Registration Details Exempt
