Cozy house with cat and garden near city center

Cozy house with 3 bedrooms, a garden, 5 minutes walk from the train station and city center. Newly renovated with a lot of natural light, but still has some original features like the stained glass sliding doors and the wooden floor. It contains everything you need for a couple of days of holiday or work trip; large wooden dining table, tv, comfortable couch, spacious bedroom, bathroom. Within 30 min. to Amsterdam Central Station with public transport and 30 min. by car (P&R RAI Amsterdam) The space Ring the doorbell and let me take you on a tour! Enter the cozy living room and one of the first things you will notice is the amount of natural light and the beautiful wooden floor. Furthermore you will find the iron fireplace in the center of the room. On your left you will see a comfortable couch with a television. On the opposite side is a big wooden table from where you can look into the garden and into the kitchen. This is the perfect place to enjoy your home made meals or get some work done behind your laptop. Behind the wooden diner table you will see the kitchen. The kitchen has enough space to prepare a dinner and it is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, coffeemaker, fridge and more! There are two doors which open to the garden. Make sure to take have a look, it is a nice place to be when the sun is out! From the living room you can go ‘upstairs’ with two steps. Here is another hall way with three doors. One door for the small bathroom, one for a cozy sleeping room and the other for a spacious sleeping room. From the first floor there is a stair to the second floor in which you find a very nice big third sleeping room with a lot of windows from which you can see the train station and the Dom tower. You will find on this floor also a second and bigger bath room. Here you will find the washing machine, drying rack and cleaning materials. If you need the washing machine, please read the instructions before using and only use the machine during the day because of the noise. I am sure you will enjoy your stay! Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. Make yourself at home. Please respect my private stuff :) Other things to note - Please always lock the door properly even if you will only go out for 5 minutes - If you want to clean the floor and kitchen counter, please use only a bit of water. - Freshly made up bed with linen & towels will be waiting for you upon arrival. We want to welcome you into a clean and cozy home! - There are two bicycles which awaits you. Please feel free to use these bikes to explore the city and the suroundings. Carlien, the house cat ❤️ We have a sweet cat named Carlien. She is very friendly and doesn’t like going on vacation. So she happily stays in the cottage. She would think it’s really great if the guests also like cats and would give her some food from time to time. She is affectionate and has never done anything bad, but she can be a bit cautious before she just jumps onto someone’s lap. But we’re sure that you will come to love her just as much as we do.
