House 10 mins walk from Royal Birkdale Golf Course

Welcome to our home! We are renting it out for The Open this year. It is a recently redecorated, modern semi-detached house and just a 10 minute walk away from The Royal Birkdale Golf Club and a 2 minute drive. It is also only a 10 minute drive from Birkdale village. It offers 4 good size bedrooms, two lounges and a separate dining room. The kitchen is very large and spacious, with an island for socialising. The house also boasts a large garden and decking area, with gas BBQ. Guest access You can treat the house as your own home. We will be nearby and on hand if you need anything, but unless we hear from you we will leave you completely in peace to enjoy your stay.
