It’s a lovely place in the Vienna Woods on the edge of Vienna close to the 14th district (only 100 m away). The flat has a small balcony where you can have coffee or a drink and admire the view of the woods. There is a bus stop right outside the flat which will take you to the Vienna metro system and a train station just 8 minutes walk away - a lovely stroll along the riverside. In 15 minutes you will be in Westbahnhof, where you have the U3 and U6 metro lines. It’s the perfect location! The space You will have a very nice bedroom with a lock. There’s a queen sized bed (so plenty big enough for two), a wardrobe, an IKEA cabinet, a bedside table and a table lamp. If you need to work while you are here, you can use the dining room table in the dining area but please note that this is communal space and I will be in the living room area from time to time and the adjoining kitchen area. If you need privacy and silence to work but also need a table or desk then please book elsewhere as this property is not suitable. Thanks 🙏 Guest access Your will have access to the kitchen, the living room and dining area, the balcony, the bathroom, and the toilet. You are welcome to help yourself to some tea. You will find a kettle in the kitchen and next to the kettle there is a tea box. Please just put the water that you need in the kettle and if there’s any water left after you have poured out the tea, please pour this excess water straight down the sink. Please don’t let water stand in the kettle. Then please put the teabag in the rubbish bin that you will find in the cupboard below the rack where we dry the dishes :-) Feel free to use the fridge. If there is not enough space, please just remove some of the bottles of water and put them on the floor next to the toy kitchen. You are welcome to use the crockery which you will find in the cupboard to your left above the kettle. You are also welcome to use the glassware and the cups and the mugs which you will find above the sink. You’ll find the cutlery in the drawer to the right of the oven. If you would like to cook, you will find the pots and pans in the two drawers below the kitchen surface where you would prepare food. If you need to use the oven, you need to press the dials first so that they pop out and then you can turn them either way. If you do cook, please wash your dishes by hand as the dishwasher is broken. Please put any food waste in the organic bin that is on the kitchen unit next to the kettle. If you have any glass bottles and/or jars please just leave them on the kitchen unit - I will recycle them. Same goes for plastic bottles and beer or Coca Cola cans etc. For any other plastics or tins or cans if they are dirty, please wash them out and then leave them to dry and I will recycle them . If they’re clean, again you can just leave them on the kitchen unit and I will recycle them 😊 Under the sink to your right you will find a bag for any paper waste. 10. You are welcome to use the washing machine, but please do ask first. It does work but it’s a little bit old and temperamental, so you will need my help. You are welcome to go out into the communal green space at the back of the flat. Please note though that this is a non-smoking area. During your stay You will be sharing the flat with me. Sometimes my girlfriend and/or my little girl (8) might also be there. Please bear in mind that while I am open to conversation and always enjoy chatting with my guests, I may not always have much time for you as I usually have a very full schedule.
