Lovely holiday home of 63m2 facing south, located in a quiet area 300 meters from the beaches and a playful air, 5 min from restaurants, a Carrefour Express and bakery and 4 km from downtown Guidel. The space Our house comprises: - On the ground floor: dining room living room, fitted and equipped kitchen with all comforts, 1 bedroom with double bed. - Upstairs: 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed, shower room, toilet. - Equipment: Wifi, radio, TV, dishwasher/dryer, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, dryer, barbecue. - Outside: enclosed garden, sandbox, cabin. At your arrival the beds are made and the towels (bath and kitchen) provided. Umbrella bed, highchair, booster seat and safety gates can be made available. Optional service: cleaning 60€. The house is non-smoking. During the school holidays our house rents from Saturday to Saturday. For a long weekend rental or other duration (excluding school holidays), please contact us.
