Skennars/Lennox Head family home w/pool near beach

This large family home is a short (and fully paved) 10 min walk from Sharpes, Angels Beach & Flat Rock rockpools. These world class beaches are family friendly, uncrowded and patrolled during school holiday periods. The beaches are also known for their surfing and fishing with walking and riding paths connecting Lennox Head and East Ballina. Lennox Head has a bustling village vibe with great cafe's and restaurants. Byron Bay is a 20 minute drive along the coast road. The space This single story family house is a home away from home - located in a quiet residential beachside neighbourhood. The house is designed for entertaining with an in-ground pool and ample covered BBQ and outdoor entertainment area. There is a fully fenced back yard which then backs onto a large green reserve area. From the back yard you will be connected to the walking path that lead to Sharpes beach - this is scooter and bike friendly. There are 4 bedrooms with the master room hosting a king size bed and modern ensuite. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are outfitted with 2 single beds each - with bedroom 4 being oversized where we are zip the single beds together to make another king bed configuration (if requested). In the lounge room we can accomodate additional guests (on request) on a double pullout ottoman - with a new (and comfortable) spring mattress. Please note, the ottoman is not seen in photographs, we can send you images of this and/or make this up for guests 9-10 if required.
