Semaphore Sea Breeze is a beautiful light filled 100 year old house, which is newly renovated to have the convenience of all the mod cons, whilst keeping the feeling of old world charm. There is zoned air conditioning and heating in every room, unlimited WiFi and Netflix. The main bathroom even has underfloor heating. For the more adventurer's why not walk down to Semaphore South and watch parachuters landing (flights leave from Parafield). Or bring your Windsurfer, SUP board or kayak and check out Semaphore Beach, West Lakes or Garden Island Dolphin Sanctuary from another angle! Finish the day with a refreshing sundowner at any of the restaurants, cafes or beer gardens along the Esplanade. Why not check out Port Adelaide which is an easy 30 minute stroll or 5 minute by car, with it's beautiful architecture, funky cafes and inviting beer gardens. There is plenty to do for the young at heart with the South Australian Maritime Museum, National Railway Museum, South Australian Aviation Museum and Clipper Ship, or just check out the world class murals. Set it to 38 degrees for warmth during cold winter days or to 28 degrees, a temperature perfect for summer. If the kids aren’t in the swim spa, then toys will keep them occupied for hours. Guest access There is a lock box so you have private access, at anytime after 3pm (time negotiable with prior arrangement). Other things to note Semaphore Sea Breeze is not a party house! Semaphore is a quiet and friendly community. Please respect our neighbours and keep the noise down, especially after 10pm. Do not use the hot tub/swim spa before 8am or after 9.30pm. No additional guests, without prior permission. We take the above rules seriously ! The Swim spa/plunge pool is heated all year round. Obviously it will be heated to a warmer temperature in winter. You will have control of the temperature and can change to suit your needs. We always hold a high standard of cleaning at Semaphore Sea Breeze, and only employ Professional Cleaners. Please note that infants that are in a port-a-cot, (we can provide) are free of charge. Our port-a-cot is rated for infants up to 13kg and less than 86cm tall.
