Gîte in a character house

Located in the upper part of the village of EVISA, and enjoying a beautiful view of the mountain from the small balcony, this renovated F3 gîte, very well positioned between sea and mountain, offers an ideal bed for about 5 people with two bedrooms and a living room in addition to the usual amenities. Linens are not provided. The space Simple, bright and functional, are the qualities most appreciated by our tenants. The children's room is equipped with a large bed suitable for 2 children, and a folding bed for a third child. The living/dining room has a sofa bed. The vacation rental is equipped with dishes. The kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, gas stove (bottle included) with electric oven, washing machine, microwave, electric barbecue. A travel crib can be offered: only the structure is provided. Guest access A private enclosed terrace of 30 m2 with table, umbrella and garden chairs is available. Other things to note Linens are not provided, and cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants.
