Passing the gate, you access the LE PLATANE Gîte near two centuries-old trees (trees of Liberty, planted after the Revolution in the 18th century). A carport and private parking are provided for 5 vehicles. The building, renovated in 2017, offers 130 m2 of large spaces, 5 bedrooms and a large living room to accommodate groups. Access to the swimming pool (May to October, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.) with the sliding terrace. The space The proximity of the sea, lakes, and Aquitaine make the FREMIGERE estate an essential roundabout between Rochefort, Royan, La Rochelle, Saintes and Marennes. The islands of Oleron (25 min) and Ré (45 min) will enchant you whatever the season. The LE PLATANE cottage is located in the quiet of the big cities, with comfort and equipment suitable for large groups (5 bedrooms, 10 beds). The swimming pool, shared between cottages, has solar heating (1200 mirror concentrator) and slightly salty water.
