Beyond the normal there is a safe, 55" smart TV with digital cable TV, free fast internet (download about 50 Mbps) with its own router. (Wifi is usually only in public areas at Unixx). Please refer to the house rules for water and electricity. Guest access Unixx is one of the newest trendy resort resorts in Pattaya with more than 11,000 square meters of green space, comfort and first-class infrastructure. The Unixx has 2 large swimming pools with extensive sun and shade loungers and corresponding changing rooms. The pool area next to the entrance area has a 35-meter family pool with jacuzzi, slide, children's pool and climbing rocks. The pool complex on the 6th floor above the car park is an oasis of peace. It has a 20 m pool with jets for massage, Zen garden with decorative sculptures and views to the sea. In addition, there are 3 outdoor barbecue areas, a tropical garden, a children's playground, an outdoor fitness area, mini putting green, boules lawn, 24-hour security, high-speed lifts with map system for the individual floors. A cafe and small grocery store is located in the entrance area of the Unixx. Each tenant will receive an information brochure written in English and German about the Unixx, Pattaya and the surrounding area to find your way around quickly. Other things to note Twice sheets and two towels for two people will be made available at no time. Also one bath towel per person. Washing machines are in the house. Public laundry facilities are located nearby. 100 Baht are charged per day for water and electricity (air conditioning !). The amount is to be paid on arrival on site.
