Composed of a large wooden and stone lounge, this renovated old loft-style magnanerie offers a large living space. The large living room opens onto a terrace of 30m2 without vis-à-vis to enjoy the sun, take your meals... From June, tenants will have access to a non-adjoining lot with a private above ground swimming pool of 2.80 x 6.60 m. Thanks to its 1m height of water, it will offer a playful and safe pool for your children! The space Our accommodation will offer you all the comfort and charm of a beautiful apartment in the countryside. We designed it to preserve the large volumes of the magnanerie. Composed on the same level of a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, two bedrooms (a double bed and two single beds) and two bathrooms, this place is perfect for a family of 4 people. If necessary, the living room with its sofa bed can accommodate an additional adult or two children (sleeping size 133X175). The large parquet living room could also be of interest to musicians, dancers, storytellers or yoga lovers... The accommodation is designed for 4 people. Check with us for a more stay... or just a couple! Very comfortable accommodation for a couple in such a large space with one room to choose from. Please specify when booking, if there are two of you, if you would like to occupy one or two bedrooms. Another rate will then apply. For a couple and a baby (rental outside the summer period except on specific request): possibility of adding a cot in the master bedroom. The rental will correspond to the occupancy of the master bedroom and its bathroom but the rest of the accommodation will not be occupied by other tenants. The second bedroom and the second bathroom will not be accessible and the rental can be done on request but with an extra charge. WiFi access, TV, reversible air conditioning. Hotel bedding. Guest access Located in a hamlet at the gates of the Cevennes, 3 km from Anduze, La Casalinda is the starting point for beautiful walks and hikes opening to beautiful panoramas. You can hike from the hamlet and explore the trails, towards the top of Lacan or Tornac Castle, or reach the Corniche des Cévennes for day hikes. The greenway is almost done and already accessible! A very nice lake reserved for fishing (3 km away) and beautiful bodies of water (Gardon d 'Anduze, Mialet River) will offer you freshness and rest. Tennis courts are also open access to Tornac. This accommodation will offer you the comfort of the wide open spaces and nature without isolation, with many leisure activities, between nature and cultural discoveries. Other things to note The grounds with the pool are 50 meters from the accommodation behind the private parking (owners' parking). Pool open from 1 June to 10 September. Base time for check-in: 6pm but depending on the date or day, it is possible to advance check-in by one hour.
