Adults only! The apartment is 110 square meters in the center of Schwechat on the outskirts of Vienna and close to the airport. 1 hour to Bratislava, 2 hours to Budapest. In 25 minutes, you can be at Lake Neusiedl. But Schwechat also has a lot to offer: City park, indoor swimming pool, public swimming pool, various shopping, restaurants, doctors, bus stop to Vienna U-Bahn and golf course are at your doorstep. To the city center by public transport in 30 minutes or to the airport in 10 minutes. Incl. seasonal cooling, Wi-Fi The space You will stay in a beautiful 110 square meter apartment. It was furnished with a lot of love for detail and the well-being of the guests. For 2 guests there is a dining room, living room, a bedroom, a study / 2nd bedroom and 2 bathrooms are available. Other things to note The Multiversum, the Europe-wide known event hall is only a short walk (5-8 minutes) away. Many excursions - e.g. the spa town of Baden, the Heurigen of Gumpoldskirchen or the Oberlaa thermal baths are just a short drive away. Likewise, the 18-hole golf course is 20 minutes away by car - a 9-hole golf course is located on the outskirts of Schwechat - practically at your doorstep! You can reach Lake Neusiedl in about 30 minutes. The public swimming pool is a short walk through the park in about 3-5 minutes (in winter you can visit either the indoor pool or the ice rink).
