As our apartments do not have a permanent reception as in hotels, where the receptionist would ask you for this information and register it, we solve it through a form. The data remains only with us, it is not sent anywhere, it is only registered in case of inspection from the municipality. Also, the handover of the keys is contactless, so this serves to identify the person who will be accommodated in the apartment in case of damage or theft. You will return the keys to the exact same place when you leave - to the lockbox.
