Captieux: comfort and country setting

We offer a completely independent apartment, inside our wooded park. You have an entrance for your car and a private garden under the trees on one side and the other, a pretty terrace allows you to enjoy the serenity of the park and access the pool. A fishing pond, Lake Taste, offers a dream walk 2 minutes from the accommodation and the immense forest of the Landes opens its doors to you from there. Bazas and its cathedral, Sauternes and the vineyard are nearby. The space The apartment was furnished this year The whole thing was created with great care, for the comfort and enjoyment of guests. 2 private terraces with tables and chairs are at the disposal of guests to enjoy the shade, or the sun depending on the time of day. The apartment consists of a beautiful dual-aspect living room with kitchen, living room, dining room, TV, a very quiet bedroom, which can be furnished with a king-size bed or 2 twin beds on request and a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower. A sofa bed in the living room completes the accommodation. A baby kit with bed, highchair, bathtub etc... is available upon request. Dogs are welcome at the cottage, and we can lend you bowls, or crates if necessary for them. Guest access Guests will have a 300 m² private garden with a parking space on one side of the accommodation and a private terrace overlooking the garden on the other side. Access to the pool is free but it is shared with the owners. Washing and drying machines are also freely accessible in the wooden cabin near the pool. Access to the human garden is free. That of the animals is subject to their agreement with the animals already present: dogs, cats and sometimes ponies. Other animals (chickens, goats, sheep) are in a closed park. Other things to note We are in the countryside but the 4G network is good with Orange and the Wi-Fi works in the cottage and in the garden. We also have at your disposal: a ping pong table, a badminton kit, pétanque balls, a target and bows (beginners) and a number of board games.
