Uber Chic Heritage House is a self-catering heritage bungalow built in the old Cape Dutch style located in Green Point, just 5 minutes from the Three Anchor Bay beach, the promenade, the stunning Green Point Park and scores of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants within a 15 minute walking radius. The space This heritage bungalow has 3 bed rooms and 2 full bathrooms. The home has two lounges - one with a real fireplace and another around the TV which can be converted into a 4th bedroom for one person. Our favorite part is the area outside which has a little pond, a sun deck, patio and a little garden. It has two dedicated and secure parking garages. This heritage structure has a secure garage and can accommodate two small hatchbacks or a normal size sedan easily (for e.g. a Hyundai Accent) but not large or tall SUVs. If you've got one of the large ones then you can always park on the street in front of the garage. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire place.
