It has a large front garden overlooking a romantic red stone barn, a small orchard, and a large park with flowering plants and trees. Space, nature, intimacy, beauty! The space Set in a dominant position on the road end of a small rural village, Casale Castelmerlino enjoys a unique and privileged view, with total privacy and complete absence of traffic or urban noises. The stunning panoramic view stretches across the rolling hills of Penango, Calliano, Castell’Alfero, and Tonco, offering poetic landscapes in every season. We offer a completely independent portion of the farmhouse (approx. 210 sqm), carefully restored both inside and out. In case of any damage, kindly inform us immediately. • Booking implies acceptance of the house rules, in line with Airbnb policy. Upon request, we can provide our welcome book with a guide to the house and local suggestions. • Quiet hours: please keep noise levels low between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • The house is non-smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. Violations will result in an extra charge equal to one night’s stay. • Wi-Fi is free but data is limited. As this is a rural area, fiber is not available. Connection speed is average (Vodafone). • Well-behaved pets are welcome, with prior notice. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed on beds or sofas. • The maximum number of guests must not exceed the agreed total, unless authorized in advance. • Please lock the main door and close all windows when leaving the house. • Always secure the shutters when open, especially on windy days, to prevent accidents or damage. • We recommend having valid travel insurance. • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and possible extra costs. It is clearly visible and sheltered by a pergola with climbing plants, where one car can be parked. In front of the pergola, there is space for two additional cars, for a total of three parking spaces. Cars must remain outside the patio and garden: it is strictly forbidden to drive past the gate with a vehicle, under any circumstances, including for loading or unloading. Please make sure to park in the designated areas and not block access for the neighbors. Access to the patio (and thus the garden) is permitted just for bicycles. Other things to note [Bike Rental] We offer two fully equipped electric bikes (e-bike, mountain type), each with its own charger. Available for rent at €20 per day or €100 per week, per bike.
