Complimentary continental breakfast, including cereal, tea, coffee, and Milo. Free parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV for your entertainment. Please note that while the suite is thoughtfully designed for comfort, it does not include a washing machine or cooktop. Conveniently located just minutes from Hobart’s city center, you’ll have easy access to local attractions, including: Salamanca Market (approx. 15 minutes by car), famous for its vibrant stalls and local produce, open every Saturday. MONA (Museum of Old and New Art) (approx. 20 minutes by car), one of Tasmania’s most iconic cultural landmarks. Richmond Village (approx. 25 minutes by car), a charming historic village with scenic views, cafes, and shops. Hobart CBD (approx. 10-15 minutes by car), where you can explore a variety of cafes, restaurants, shopping spots, and the picturesque waterfront. Guest access You have a designated private car-park for you (sign-posted) in front of our main entrance. Please follow the signage 'B+B this way' located on the side path next to the car space. Self check-in and check-out. The key is in the secure lock box located outside the guest-suite entrance. The code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Please look after the key and return it to the lock box at checkout. Lost keys will be charged at $50. Please note that whilst the private guest-suite is attached to the main house, there is no access to the main house as the connecting door is locked for your privacy. Other things to note We look forward to welcoming you! A safety briefing will be provided upon your arrival, along with the Wi-Fi password at check-in for your convenience. To help maintain the pristine condition of the light carpets, we provide slippers for indoor use. We kindly ask guests to take care with red wine; cleaning costs may apply for spills. Please note that the suite does not include laundry or cooking facilities, and we request that food and drinks not be consumed on the bed. The spa is available for up to 1 hour per day to ensure the pump remains in good condition. For your comfort and ours, the spa cannot be used after midnight. For safety, please turn off the electric heater before sleeping or when leaving the suite. Clothes must not be placed on the heater to avoid fire hazards. This suite is designed for up to two adults only and is not suitable for children. We are a non-smoking property indoors, but guests are welcome to smoke on the private deck. Please use the sand-filled jar provided to extinguish smoking materials safely, and remember to replace the lid.
