This flat is on the older side, It is a very Standard flat in terms of Furniture, and although it it located on the 2nd. Floor, Traffic and passers-by Noise is still expected Day & night. The Flat is Full separate and consists of: - Living-room is very simple, got a 3-seater Sofa, a small dining table and a good size TV. - Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2, have 2 single Beds each, a chest of drawers and a 2-doors wardrobe. - Bathroom is very Standard, with a Full bath tub, and a a sink unit. - Kitchen is very standard, with a good size Fridge-freezer, and the very standard Kitchenware; a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, few pots, few plates, cutleries.... etc. Flat have been provided with a free WIFI Internet Connection, it could be fast and powerful in some parts of the Flat and during the day, and could be possibly less across other parts within the Flat. We do provide Bath towels, 1 Bath towel per person, 2 towels in total and 1 hand towel in the Bath. Although we are hoping for the best service while in your stay, and for Hygienic purposes, Please Note that We do not supply food items such as; Water, Sugar, Salt, Coffee, Oil, Milk.....etc. Please note: We work on behalf of our landlords. We have chosen the option of ( No instant booking ) hence, a request made by a prospective guest is not obligatory to be accepted by us ( the hosts ) in some cases, we need to refer back to the landlords prior to acceptance of a booking. We also prefer Guests moving straightaway… Please also note; Keys collection would be only from our Office (or around) in Bayswater, which is about 2.0 miles from the flat location, or about 20 - 30 minutes using a taxi / public transport, which might be of a hassle for some Guests.
