The 2-room apartment with private entrance, small kitchen, dining and living room with separate bedroom, separate bathroom and private parking is located on the garden floor connected by a few steps of an attractive, well-maintained house with beautiful views of the garden and Pilatus. Within 10-15 minutes you can reach shopping, golf courses, as well as boat stations and the city center. The valley stations of our local mountain Pilatus are about 15 minutes by bus. The space The bright 2-room apartment has a separate house entrance. In the entrance area there is a wardrobe with clothes rack and mirror. It has a separate door to the private bathroom as well as a door to the living-dining area. In the living area there is a new kitchen with a dining table and four chairs. A comfortable sofa which also offers a sleeping option (extendable 1.40mx 2.00m) as well as a large TV. The kitchen is equipped and also has a kettle, coffee machine, microwave and toaster. Arrival by public transport is well connected. For skis and hiking fans, the region offers beautiful excursion destinations. The Pilatus is at the front door, as well as the Rigi, Andermatt and Titlis in Engelberg are easily accessible.
