Our beautiful traditional cycladic villa is set in a stunning valley surrounded by dramatic hills with a sea view. A peaceful retreat only 10 minutes drive to the beautiful port town of Parikia, some of the best beaches on the island with crystal clear water and fine golden sand are only minutes away. The space Wuthering heights is an 110sqm house consists of two bedrooms , two bathrooms, an extra large living room, and a kitchen. The villa is a modern house full of character and charm, set in 4500sqm of private land. Comfortable open spaces are stylishly furnished, the open plan kitchen is a wonderful social area alongside an elegent dining room. Leading from the living area is a large veranda for outdoor dining. There is a small romantic terrace next to the main bedroom, a central cottage patio with an outdoor shower, a barbecue and an outdoor oven, citrus trees, plants and herbs, and an extensive roof terrace for all day sunshine. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property and land it is set in.
